Our XUSL light curtains can provide your operators suitable guarding for such applications, utilising an array of photoelectric beams monitored by fail safe circuitry. These easy to use devices feature a patented LED system that instantly show you which beams are blocked or out of alignment, aiding installation and maintenance. Handheld programming available on some models also makes the setting of sensitivity and other functions easy without the need to fiddle with internal switches. There are many built in functions such as blanking and floating blanking, EDM monitoring and start interlocking that allows the light curtains to completely stand alone in most applications, without the need to control them via a PLC, separate controller or using manual intervention.
